Adventure Dynamics takes you on a day trip to the Magliesburg just outside Johannesburg.  We visit one of the major gorges where you will swim and navigate down the gorge including a 25 m abseil over a pristine waterfall, small jumps and slides into deep pools.  This takes 3 -5 hours to get down and you will get soaked.  All abseiling equipment and a lunch pack is supplied and you are constantly under the supervision of an Adventure Dynamics Guide.  This excursion takes 8 hours to get there and back from Johannesburg, South Africa.

What to bring: Sunscreen, swimming costume, gym type clothes,dry change of clothes, gym shoes, daypack, towel, warm jacket, drinking water, plastic bag or dry bag to waterproof your valuables.
